As of 2008, PharmaEssentia has issued 108.25 M shares with the booked capital of NT$ 1,082.5 million. We are currently under the Round C and aim at raising NT$ 461 million for capital. All of the increased capital will be used for clinical trails of P1101(PEG-IFN-α-2b), pre-clinical trial of PEG-IFN-β and PEG-EPO, research instrument investment, and the operating expense for 2009.
