PharmaEssentia Corporation is a global pharmaceutical company established by a group of eminent Taiwanese-American scientists. PharmaEssentia's major shareholders include Dr. Ko-Chung Lin himself together with other co-founders (~41%), Taiwan government's National Development Fund (22%), Yao-Hua Glass Co., Ltd. (10%), as well as other legal persons and biotechnology companies (~27%).
